The English Tourist Route suits every first-time international visitor to Wieliczka. Families may prefer the 2+1 or 2+2 family tickets in our booking widget; travellers wanting the working-mine experience can ask us about the separate Miners' Route.
On the day
The visitor entrance is the Daniłowicz Shaft in the town of Wieliczka, about 25 minutes by train from Kraków Główny. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure, show your dated ticket on your phone, and dress for the constant underground cool. The guided route takes about three hours, with a lift back to the surface at the end.
